A new restaurant operator acquired a raw shell tenancy in a busy Sydney waterfront precinct and needed a full commercial kitchen and dining room fitout in 8 weeks to meet lease commencement.
Our Solution
Our team fast-tracked the design, approvals, and construction phases simultaneously. A custom commercial kitchen with 3-phase power, exhaust systems, and cool rooms was installed, while the dining room received custom joinery, bespoke lighting, and polished concrete flooring.
The Result
Restaurant opened on the scheduled date to significant media coverage. BuildRight managed the project from concept to completion in exactly 8 weeks. The client has since commissioned us for a second venue.
